Advanced Healthcare Integration is a mobile healthcare provider focused on reducing hospital readmissions. We are seeking highly dedicated, detail-oriented individuals with strong motivation to support our continued growth.
Advanced Healthcare Integration is a transitional care company that supports individuals recently discharged from hospitals and other healthcare facilities who are at high risk for readmission. We provide personalized, in-home healthcare services tailored to each patient’s needs, setting us apart as a truly patient-centered organization.
This position is responsible for receiving incoming referrals and coordinating provider schedules for home visits. Patients must be scheduled to be seen within a 24–48 hour timeframe. Additional responsibilities include chart preparation and ongoing communication with providers. A background as a Medical Assistant is highly preferred.
Role Description:
This is a full-time role for an Office Coordinator based in winter Park, Florida, but serve patients within Brevard in Volusia County, FL. The Office Coordinator will manage daily administrative tasks, maintain office organization, handle phone communications professionally, operate office equipment, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role requires interfacing with staff, clients, and vendors, coordinating schedules, and supporting office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and familiarity with Office Equipment.
- Strong Customer Service and Phone Etiquette skills.
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and interpersonal.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in common office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Prior experience in office coordination or a similar role is a plus.
