Associate Producer (Commercial P&C Franchise Practice)

Role Overview We are seeking an Associate Producer to join our Affinity team at Marsh to help grow and deepen relationships with the P&C Franchise Business Segment. This role can be based out of one of our Marsh US locations and is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This is an amazing opportunity to sell to franchise owners within Marsh's national-name accounts and build relationships with decision makers. In this role you will develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Core to this role will be your ability to build relationships and leverage business development skills to win multiple franchise owners. This role has an excellent base salary and is supported by a dynamic commission plan. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a prospect list with the ability to prioritize lead and contact cycles. Maintain a sales funnel with the ability to move prospects close. Be comfortable with cold calling warm leads and prospects. Have the ability to network remotely and use platforms such as Zoom and Teams for remote conversations with clients around the country. Grow and develop your personal "brand" and be a trusted advisor to our clients. Build an internal relationship with other sales professionals to leverage best practices and techniques in selling to franchise owners. Be an eager learner in all aspects of sales techniques to new insurance products and changing business conditions. What you need to have Property & Casualty license- REQUIREDA consultative sales approach. Experience with cold calling or direct client reach out. 2 - 3 Years of experience on commercial insurance. Compensation The salary range posted below reflects the broader compensation range for this role throughout its lifecycle within the organization. The anticipated hiring range for this opportunity is $75,000 to $80,000 base salary, in addition to eligibility for an uncapped sales bonus. The applicable base salary range for this role is $70,300 to $149,700. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
