Key Responsibilities\n

• Document therapy sessions meticulously in compliance with medical record policies, ensuring patient confidentiality at all times.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention when necessary, utilizing evidence-based techniques to de-escalate situations and deliver crucial support.

• Conduct routine therapy sessions employing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs, including family, individual, psychometric evaluations, and group therapy.

• Diagnose mental and emotional disorders, collaboratively developing treatment plans and implementing programs of care that promote positive mental health outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through training sessions, workshops, and clinician meetings, staying current on emerging methodologies and practices in mental health therapy.

• Engage in additional responsibilities such as completing bariatric psychological evaluations and leading periodic therapeutic retreats aimed at enhancing client well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a varied patient population, including individuals and families dealing with a wide range of mental health issues, from mild anxiety and depression to more severe psychological disorders. Clients come from diverse backgrounds, and your ability to provide culturally competent care will be critical to their therapeutic journey. Qualifications\n

• Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) certification.

Compensation and Benefits\n
