Job Description
Our client is a prestigious financial services firm located in Manhattan and they are operating in a hybrid model.
\n \nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:
\n- \n
- Lead the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, for undergraduate and graduate-level candidates \n
- Build and evolve long-term relationships with key universities \n
- Coordinate logistics and execution of on-campus and in-house recruiting events such as interviews, career fairs, presentations, Super Days, etc. \n
- Work closely with HR Program Manager to create and enact dynamic university talent acquisition strategies \n
- Along with the HR team, manage the job offer process including employment verification/references, hire date, starting salary, etc. \n
- Identify the most efficient and cost-effective recruiting methods. \n
Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Bachelor’s degree is required \n
- Tech and/or finance experience is strongly preferred \n
- 3+ years of full cycle campus recruiting experience \n
- Strong sourcing skills strongly preferred \n
- Strong communication skills \n
- Team player with a positive attitude \n
Based on experience, the salary range is between $130k-170k.
