Recruitment Coordinator - Early Careers & Campus

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Early Careers & Campus Coordinator to support recruitment activities, campus events, and internship programs within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

This role plays an essential part in delivering effective early careers talent attraction strategies by supporting recruiters, coordinating interview logistics, planning recruitment events, and managing administrative activities throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities, and the confidence to coordinate a high volume of interviews while meeting established service-level agreements (SLAs).

Key Accountabilities

Recruitment Coordination & Interview Management

Support recruiters throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including application screening, requisition management, candidate disposition, interview scheduling, and offer and onboarding coordination.

Coordinate a high volume of interviews, potentially supporting approximately 1,000 interviews across early careers and campus recruitment activities.

Manage candidate checklists, maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records, and ensure timely updates throughout the hiring process.

Respond to candidate inquiries, provide process updates, and help ensure a positive candidate experience.

Prepare and issue offer letters in accordance with established processes and deadlines.

Campus Events & Internship Programs

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of campus recruitment events, including event logistics, scheduling, communications, and stakeholder coordination.

Assist with the coordination and administration of internship programs and early careers recruitment initiatives.

Collaborate with recruiters and internal stakeholders to support campus hiring activities and talent attraction strategies.

Help ensure recruitment events and internship activities run smoothly and meet established timelines.

Administrative & Operational Support

Manage day-to-day recruitment administration, including documentation, candidate tracking, reporting, and data maintenance.

Prepare and contribute to daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

Manage incoming queries, resolve issues within the scope of responsibility, and elevate more complex matters when required.

Maintain compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and mandatory training requirements.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

Build and maintain effective working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Keep stakeholders informed of recruitment progress, timelines, and relevant process updates.

Collaborate with the broader recruitment team to manage competing priorities and deliver consistent service in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Requirements

Experience or demonstrated capability in event planning, logistics coordination, or administrative support.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with recruiters and multiple stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.

A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Previous experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR administration.

Experience supporting internship programs, early careers recruitment, or campus hiring initiatives.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), interview scheduling tools, and recruitment reporting.

• We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is 48,300 USD to 63,600 USD, plus applicable benefits.
