Work Environment

The Floater Physical Therapist will operate in a variety of orthopedic outpatient clinics throughout Nevada. This role offers a unique work environment where no two days are alike. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, individualized therapy sessions at various clinic locations to address each patient's unique rehabilitation needs.
• Effectively navigate and adapt to different EMR systems and clinic workflows to ensure seamless patient care and documentation.
• Provide coverage for staff physical therapists during their absences, such as vacations and short-term leaves, or during busy periods to maintain high service levels.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, clinic directors, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Participate actively in system-wide meetings and ongoing education sessions to stay updated on best practices in physical therapy and rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Floater Physical Therapist, you will support a wide range of patients primarily focusing on orthopedic conditions. This includes athletes recovering from sports injuries, individuals undergoing post-surgical rehabilitation, and patients managing chronic pain. Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Active or license-eligible physical therapist in the state of Nevada.

• Willingness to travel between different clinics with a flexible approach to scheduling.

Compensation and Benefits

The Floater Physical Therapist position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
