Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities, taking into account their medical history and functional limitations.
• Develop personalized treatment regimens tailored to each patient's unique goals, emphasizing a holistic approach to rehabilitation.
• Implement hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation to facilitate rehabilitation.
• Provide education to patients regarding proper body mechanics and injury prevention strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to coordinate patient care effectively.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, treatments, and progress, adhering to all regulatory and organizational guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will serve at Dynamic Wellness Rehabilitation come from varied backgrounds and face diverse challenges, including but not limited to back and neck pain, joint pain related to osteoarthritis, post-surgical rehabilitation, and balance disorders. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits
