Georgetown, Massachusetts – Full Time – $70,000–$85,000 Responsibilities Oversee general ledger and daily cash reconciliations Prepare and analyze financial statements Manage full-cycle accounting (AP, AR, payroll) Lead cost accounting, budgeting, and job costing Perform WIP analysis and track project performance Liaise with CPA firm on audits and compliance Requirements Strong proficiency with QuickBooks or other accounting related ERP’s, Intermediate Excel 3+ years of relevant bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable experience Ability to manage time effectively, solve problems, and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Compensation
