- Analyst, Portfolio Oversight (Infrastructure Focus)CIM GroupAnalystInfrastructureOn-siteLocationLos Angeles, United StatesCompensation$90,000 - $120,000 anticipated base salary (Los Angeles, CA), plus bonus eligibilityDate PostedAugust 13, 2026RegionAmericasStay ahead of the marketGet instant notifications when new job openings matching "Infrastructure / Analyst jobs in Los Angeles, United States" are published.## About This Role**Role Overview**CIM Group — a community-focused real estate and infrastructure owner, operator, lender and developer founded in 1994, with 900+ employees across the Americas — is hiring an Analyst for its Portfolio Oversight function, focused specifically on CIM's Infrastructure platform within the Investments Group.**Key Responsibilities**- Develop a strong understanding of strategy and underlying investments to support asset-level analysis- Support acquisition analysis: participate in pipeline and deal screening discussions, assess how proposed acquisitions impact portfolio exposures (sector, geography, duration, leverage, income stability), review underwriting models and investment memos- Assist portfolio composition review: help develop and maintain target portfolio allocations, monitor concentration limits and diversification targets, support hold/sell and leverage analysis- Provide analytical support for asset management: track investments against business plans, coordinate with other CIM departments on asset-level decisions, review budgets and third-party appraisals, help prepare investor updates- Contribute to reporting, fundraising and new-product materials: market research, investor/consultant reporting, marketing and due diligence materials**Qualifications**- 1+ years' experience in Infrastructure, Investment Banking or a related field- Familiarity with financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)- Strong Microsoft Office skills; willingness to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally- Strong written/verbal communication skills**Compensation**The anticipated base salary range for this Los Angeles, CA role is **$90,000 - $120,000**, plus bonus eligibility and CIM's standard benefits package.Apply for this Position
