We are seeking a relationship-focused ?????????????? ???????????????????????? ???????????????????? to join our ????????-???????? ???? ?????? ???????? team, supporting Customer accounts across ???????? ???????????? ?????? ?????? ?????????????? ?????? ???????? ???????????????????????? ????????. This role serves as the primary point of contact between Customers, Unit Franchisees, and the regional office — building strong relationships and protecting Customer retention across an assigned portfolio of accounts.

As an Account Relationship Specialist, you'll be the face of Jani-King for a dedicated portfolio of Customer accounts — building genuine relationships, solving problems before they grow into bigger ones, and making sure every Customer feels valued from day one. You'll run your portfolio with real autonomy, setting your own priorities across accounts, deciding how to resolve issues, and determining what each Customer relationship needs to stay healthy. We'll teach you the operational side, from inspection standards to safety requirements, so you can focus on what you do best.

? ???????????????????????? ????????????????????: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Customer accounts, exercising independent judgment to resolve service issues, conducting regular site visits and Customer meetings, and building trusted relationships with Unit Franchisees.

? ?????????????????? & ???????? ????????????????????: Monitor accounts for early warning signs of dissatisfaction, then determine the right approach and execute action plans to resolve at-risk relationships before cancellation — including recommending service changes, schedule adjustments, or Unit Franchisee reassignment.

? ?????????????? ???????????????? & ????????????????????: Coordinate new account launches, evaluate which Unit Franchisee is best matched to each account based on capability and capacity, and closely monitor accounts during the first 90 days to confirm stability and satisfaction.

? ?????????????? ?????????????????? & ????????????: Perform routine site inspections, determine what corrective action is warranted, provide feedback to Unit Franchisees, and reinforce OSHA guidelines and safe work practices (training provided).

? ?????????? ??????????????????????: Collaborate with the sales team during walkthroughs and contract handoffs, advising on proposal scope and pricing recommendations so they align with service capabilities and Unit Franchisee resource availability.

? ??????????????????: Track account performance and Customer satisfaction, reporting trends and risks to regional leadership.

? 5+ years of experience in customer service, account management, hospitality, or another customer-facing role; commercial cleaning experience a plus

? Multi-unit experience — supporting, managing, or overseeing multiple sites, accounts, or locations simultaneously — required

? Strong relationship-building, communication, and conflict resolution skills

? Comfortable working independently with minimal day-to-day direction, exercising judgment on account decisions, and prioritizing competing needs

? Willingness to learn Jani-King's service standards, inspection procedures, and safety requirements on the job

? Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

? Valid driver's license and clean driving record required (Jani-King provides a company vehicle for local travel)
