Summary The Sales Supervisor leads and develops the store team to achieve sales goals and deliver personalized customer service. This role supports training initiatives, ensures visual merchandising standards, and actively sells ready-to-wear and custom-made products. The position is for the new store opening at The Shops At Clearfork in Fort Worth, Texas. Responsibilities Support management to lead, coach, and develop a professional store team to meet company objectives. Collaborate with training teams to establish and maintain a gold-standard sales team. Present and educate customers on product fit, construction, and style to drive sales and client relationships. Execute professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics and commission targets. Maintain attractive merchandise presentation according to visual guidelines and coordinate with store support departments. Requirements Previous experience in management, sales, hospitality, or customer service. Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills with professional verbal and written communication. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
