In-Home Physical Therapist — Flexible Independent Contractor

MIND & MOBILITY

MIND & MOBILITY in New York is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide in-home care for Medicare Part B patients. The role focuses on helping patients regain mobility and manage pain while living independently. Ideal candidates will have an active PT license, experience in home health, and strong communication skills. Flexible scheduling and competitive pay are included.
