Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus in a production environment. Job Duties Program CNC machines using CAD/CAM software from 3D models, blueprints, and engineering documentation. Develop efficient machining programs, select tooling, calculate speeds and feeds, and support process planning. Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure quality and production requirements are met. Troubleshoot machining, tooling, material, and production issues to minimize downtime. Inspect finished parts, identify defects, and maintain compliance with quality standards and tolerances. Collaborate with operators, engineers, and production teams to improve manufacturing processes and productivity. Operate CNC equipment as needed, support preventive maintenance activities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate production records, support safety and quality objectives, and assist with employee training and knowledge sharing.
