As a family-owned company, we believe in treating our employees with respect, supporting life outside of work, and creating an environment where people can grow and take pride in what they build.What You'll Do as a CNC Machinist / ProgrammerProgram, set up, and operate CNC lathes and milling machines to produce precision agricultural components.Select tooling, fixtures, speeds, and feeds to ensure quality and efficiency.Produce first-run and short-run parts that meet exact specifications.Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment.Optimize machining processes to improve quality and production efficiency.Work with engineering and production teams to solve machining challenges.Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, safe work area.Our Ideal CNC Machinist / ProgrammerExperienced: At least one year of experience programming and operating CNC lathes and CNC milling machines.Mechanically Inclined: Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use precision measuring instruments and troubleshoot machining challenges to produce accurate, high-quality parts.Dependable: Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently while consistently delivering quality workmanship with minimal supervision.Problem Solver: Enjoys improving machining processes, optimizing production efficiency, and finding practical solutions to manufacturing challenges.Team-Oriented: Takes pride in producing quality work, values integrity and continuous improvement, and enjoys contributing to a collaborative, family-oriented manufacturing team.What We Offer Our CNC Machinist / ProgrammerPay: $80,000-$100,000/year, DOEPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysRetirement Plan with a 3% company matchChristmas BonusFamily-Oriented Perks: Enjoy employee appreciation events, including a summer family picnic, a fall fun day, and a Christmas dinner.Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
