Business Systems Analyst IV

To support the maturation of an Enterprise Capacity Management Program, the remote contract Business Systems Analyst IV will provide data-driven insights into capacity utilization, demand forecasting, operational risks, and technology performance while collaborating with stakeholders and facilitating governance processes. Key Responsibilities Coordinate enterprise capacity reporting across multiple technology domains Analyze capacity utilization and demand forecasts to provide actionable insights Develop and maintain executive dashboards, standardized reports, and governance artifacts Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role Experience supporting enterprise IT organizations or technology services Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from multiple sources Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience creating dashboards and reports
