Business Systems Analyst IV

Apex Systems is currently hiring for a Business Systems Analyst IV with a leading global media and entertainment client. This role will support enterprise business applications and serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping drive requirements gathering, user story development, and system enhancements.

Qualified candidates will have the following experience and skills:

• 8-10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Technical Business Analyst
• Strong experience gathering, eliciting, and documenting business and functional requirements
• Experience owning user stories, backlog refinement, and Agile delivery processes
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements for development teams
• Experience supporting complex enterprise systems and business processes
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering across business and technology teams
• Experience with Jira, Agile, Scrum, UAT, and process improvement initiatives

Location: Burbank, CA

Onsite expectation: Hybrid, 3 days onsite in Burbank

Pay range: $75-$84.54/hr
