Sales Development Manager

As the Manager for Global Sales Early Career Initiatives, the full-time remote Sales Development Manager will oversee the strategy and operations for attracting and developing early career talent within the Sales Development organization, ensuring alignment across multiple functions and enhancing the overall quality of the sales pipeline. Key responsibilities Manage the SDR Internship program, including curriculum development and program evaluation Design and implement talent sourcing strategies in collaboration with Talent Acquisition Oversee day-to-day operations of the early career hiring process and develop mentoring programs for new hires Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in program management, talent programs, or early career development; or 5+ years as a Sales Development Manager 5+ years of mentoring or coaching experience Proficient in strategic alignment across early career programs and organizational objectives Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred Experience in cross-functional stakeholder engagement and solution planning
