Sales Development Manager

To support the growth of the Sales Development organization, the full-time remote SDR Manager will manage, coach, and develop a team of 5-8 SDRs, focusing on improving performance, pipeline generation, and strategic outbound execution. Key responsibilities Manage day-to-day SDR performance, including activity quality and pipeline contribution Conduct regular coaching sessions, including 1:1s, call coaching, and tactical feedback Collaborate with sales leadership to implement best practices and improve team strategies Required qualifications 2+ years of experience managing SDRs, BDRs, or outbound sales development teams Proven ability to coach early-career sales talent and enhance rep performance Strong understanding of outbound prospecting techniques and metrics Experience with modern sales tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose funnel issues and implement improvements
