Regulatory Compliance Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Regulatory & Compliance Manager to lead regulatory and compliance efforts across multiple products and business functions. This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days on-site each week . What You'll Do Lead and develop a team of 10 regulatory professionals Oversee regulatory compliance, reporting, documentation, and audits Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, and Quality teams Advise leadership on regulatory requirements, risks, and new opportunities Stay ahead of changing regulations and turn them into practical business solutions Drive process improvements and use technology, automation, and AI to increase efficiency Support sustainability initiatives and compliance reporting Build strong relationships and help develop regulatory expertise across the organization What You'll Bring 10+ years of regulatory, compliance, or quality experience 5+ years of experience leading professional teams Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance programs, and audits Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision‑making skills Strong business sense and the ability to work effectively with senior leaders Ability to travel up to 25% Why You'll Like It Tenured, close-knit team with a great culture Free on-site clinic and prescriptions 401(k) match Generous PTO Parental leave Please note: Relocation assistance is not available.
