Business Analyst Manager, DT&I

Job Description The Business Analyst Manager (Manager), Digital Transformation & Innovation (DT&I) drives strategic initiatives to enhance digital capabilities. The Manager analyzes business processes, identifies opportunities for digital innovation, and implements solutions aligned with the strategic goals. Responsibilities Creates prototypes and low code solutions, as required Creates reports, dashboards, and visualizations, as required Gathers requirements from business stakeholders and translates them into features and user stories Grooms requirements for architects and developers Prepares/reviews technical documentation for assigned products Develops relationships with key business partners Performs functional product testing Prepares and/or reviews test plans Designs and tests business processes and recommends improvements Analyzes process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements Identifies automation opportunities Gathers and analyzes data related to assigned product and projects Communicates insights and findings to product managers and technical leaders Performs data discovery, analysis, and modelling Facilitates process design, requirements gathering, and product design workshops Assists with project management, as required Coordinates with National IT to schedule required reviews and deployment of tools Other duties, as required Supervisory Responsibilities Acts as a direct supervisor to team members, as assigned Acts as a mentor, as assigned Education Bachelor's Degree, required; focus in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Management, Finance, or Engineering, preferred Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Process design and optimization skills Strong technical writing skills Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities Strong presentation skills Strong organizational skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and balance multiple priorities Knowledge in generating process and technical documentation Willingness to learn and stay current with emerging technologies Data analysis and analytics skill Knowledge of creating technical product documentation Strong negotiation skills Strong management skills Strong facilitation skills Experience Five (5) or more years of experience as a business analyst, project coordinator, project manager, business manager, technical writer, technical support, or systems analyst, required Tax experience, preferred Public accounting experience, preferred License/Certifications Certification in business analysis, process design, project management, product management, CPA or EA, required Software Knowledge of documenting requirement using Azure DevOps or Jira, required Strong Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) skills, preferred Fundamental knowledge of SQL Server skills, preferred Foundational knowledge of Alteryx, preferred Compensation Individual salaries are determined after consideration of qualifications, experience, skills, and geography. National Range: $135,000 - $180,000. Maryland Range: $135,000 - $180,000. NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $135,000 - $180,000.
