Functions and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support Parker Aerospace’s aerospace MRO operations at Hill Air Force Base. This role will focus on production support, process improvement, material flow, and manufacturing documentation for critical aircraft sustainment programs.

Responsibilities:

• Support manufacturing processes, travelers, and BOM maintenance.
• Review engineering drawings, technical manuals, and specifications.
• Support core material inspection, repair processes, and production issues.
• Drive process improvements using Lean/Kaizen principles.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, logistics, and supplier teams.
• Assist with corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience (aerospace/MRO preferred).
• Experience reading drawings and supporting manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process improvement.
• Ability to work onsite at Hill AFB.
