Job Description
A finance/banking company is looking for a Bilingual Japanese/English Customer Support Specialist to join their team in Charlotte, NC . This position is responsible for providing administrative support to Relationship Managers, maintaining customer information, conducting KYC processes, coordinating loan and deposit processes for customers. A bachelor’s degree, 2-3 years of client facing experience at a major financial institution, Corporate Cash Management/Treasury services system/product implementation experience, and the ability to speak Japanese are required. This is a hybrid, full-time, non-exempt position, with excellent benefits including 401k, plus bonus.
