About the Opportunity: A top regional public accounting firm headquartered in Nashville, TN is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to take on a leadership role at one of its branch office locations just outside of Nashville . This is a hybrid position , offering a mix of in-office presence and remote work flexibility. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage tax operations for a local branch office

Oversee complex tax engagements for a wide variety of clients

Supervise, mentor, and develop tax staff and managers

Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide high-level strategic tax planning

Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all tax engagements

Collaborate with firm leadership to support branch growth, team development, and client service standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

Active CPA license required

Minimum 5 years of recent public accounting experience

2+ years of management experience leading tax professionals

Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations for various entity types

Proven ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and deliver high-quality work

Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with both in-office and remote responsibilities
