The Lighthouse is seeking a Vice President of Operations to build the operating engine behind our creator-focused campuses in Venice Beach, CA and Brooklyn, NY. You will translate ambitious ideas into operational excellence, guiding strategy, systems, and teams to scale without losing culture and hospitality.
