Overview
Registered Nurse – ER, Reedley, California, United States. Travel assignment beginning 09/21/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,981–$2,175 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour shifts. Setting: a rural, acute-care facility serving the surrounding community.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct, coordinated emergency nursing care to patients and families using established standards and the nursing process
- Perform focused assessments, collect pertinent data, and identify care needs
- Develop, implement, and adjust patient care plans; coordinate with providers and other disciplines
- Administer medications and monitor for therapeutic responses; manage urgent and emergent conditions
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote a safe, healing environment
- Facilitate discharge planning and provide patient/family education and teaching
- Supervise and guide assigned nursing staff as appropriate; delegate tasks to ensure efficient care delivery

Requirements
- Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice; active and in good standing
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (American Heart Association) and PALS (American Heart Association) or ARC equivalents required
- Education: BSN preferred
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent ER/acute care nursing experience
- EMR: EPIC experience preferred
- Vaccinations: As a condition of employment, required vaccinations applicable to the role
- Additional: Ability to work in a fast-paced ER environment; comfortable with 12-hour shift patterns and high-acuity patient care
