Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to thoroughly understand their mental health needs, identify social determinants affecting their treatment, and establish tailored treatment goals.

• Engage in one-on-one counseling sessions with clients, providing empathetic support and strategies to address a wide array of mental health and psychosocial challenges.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that foster communal support addressing common mental health concerns while providing psychoeducation to enhance clients’ understanding of their situations.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, incorporating measurable goals and evidence-based interventions that reflect clients' unique circumstances and aspirations.

• Deliver crisis intervention services as necessary—including conducting risk assessments, creating safety plans, and coordinating access to emergency resources to ensure client safety.

• Serve as an advocate for clients’ rights and needs, assisting them in efficiently navigating available healthcare and community resources to maximize their support network.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes—all in compliance with legal and ethical standards to ensure quality care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
