***Sr Desktop Support Tech. Both Web/Virtual and IN PERSON Interviews will be conducted.
***100% ON SITE from Day One
Strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software, including drivers and bios. - Required 4 Years
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills. - Required 4 Years
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Required 4 Years
Demonstrated ability to obtain feedback from customers to improve training methods. - Required 4 Years
Running reports and analyzing common complaints and problems. - Required 4 Years
An openness to learning new technologies. - Required 4 Years
