**Key Responsibilities:**

- Prepare surfaces of various materials for powder coating through cleaning, masking, and blasting.
- Apply powder coatings using spray guns to achieve uniform and consistent finishes in accordance with industry standards and specifications.
- Set up and operate powder coating equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
- Conduct regular maintenance of coating equipment and booths to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect coated items for defects such as blemishes, flaking, or irregular coverage, and implement corrective measures where necessary.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet production schedules and quality targets.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to health and safety standards and regulations.
- Keep accurate records of coatings used, batches processed, and any quality control issues.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in surface finishing is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Powder Coater or in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of powder coating processes, techniques, and equipment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
