Office Assistant

Job Description Job Description `Job Overview:``` We are seeking a part-time Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks and providing support to our team members. ```Duties:``` - Answering and directing phone calls - Greeting visitors - Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Assisting with data entry and maintaining databases - Preparing Move-in packets and having move-in meetings with tenants - Providing general administrative support to team members ```Skills:``` - Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets) - Strong attention to detail -Self-Motivated/Starter -Good phone/email etiquette and able to communicate effectively with tenants and owners - Ability to quickly learn and navigate computerized systems - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks -May require some short-distance travel for miscellaneous items to and from local rental properties. A work vehicle will be provided for these tasks if needed. -We are looking for a team player for tasks in and out of the office If you are a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills, willing to do whatever is needed, and have the ability to multitask effectively, we would love to hear from you. Join our team as an Office Assistant and contribute to the success of this fast-paced property management office. Please note this is not a temporary position. It is a long-term one.
