As a Scheduler, you will:
Be responsible for managing and coordinating the work schedules for our field staff and clients
Plan and organize work effectively and efficiently.
Communicate effectively both oral and written.
Must be a creative problem solver, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable speaking with patients, referral sources, and clinical staff over the phone.
Ability to work calmly under pressure and effectively meet deadlines is a necessity.
Must have office skills, computer skills, and organizational skills.
Prepare reports accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Experience with scheduling in the medical field; home health scheduling experiencepreferred
Minimum of one year Home Healthcare experience as a scheduler is required
Attention to detail, along with excellent organizational, oral and written communication,customer service, and problem-solving skills

Experienced with Kinnser/Wellsky web based software
