Call Center Scheduler

Overview Our Indianapolis team is looking for a dynamic individual to join our System Patient Access Center. This entry‑level role serves as the “Virtual Front Office” for a host of outpatient physician practices in the Indianapolis area. To be successful, you must be dependable and consistent in attendance and timeliness. Call center experience is preferred but not required. You can work hybrid or remote after training and performance expectations are met, which is a minimum of 30 days. Onsite location is at 250 N. Shadeland Ave with hours 7 am‑5 pm, no weekends or holidays. Qualifications Medical office experience is strongly preferred. At least one year of experience in hospital or physician revenue cycle strongly preferred. Ability to multi‑task and use multiple screens and programs. Exceptional values‑based customer service skills. Ability to work independently. Strong communication skills. High level of interpersonal and problem‑solving skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work within a team and maintain collaborative relationships. Ability to take initiative and meet objectives.
