Engagement Type: Open-Ended Contract Compensation: $23–$25 per hour Location: Fully Onsite – Hatfield, PA

What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the accounting team
• Assist with data entry, filing, and maintenance of financial and accounting records
• Support accounts payable and/or accounts receivable processes as needed
• Help prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation
• Respond to internal inquiries and route information to the appropriate team members
• Perform general clerical duties including scanning, copying, organizing, and maintaining files
