Bookkeeper

The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll and conducting other tasks related to finance. They should be excellent at recording data and have an ability to produce clear monthly financial statements. Responsibilities Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company Provide regular monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, WIP report) Monitor accounts payable and receivable Ensure timely processing of payroll (20-30 employees using ADP) Book Payroll Journal Entry into Quickbooks ERP Make routine month end close journal entries Build and analyze the monthly Work-In-Progress (WIP) report for accuracy Qualifications Bachelor's or Associate's degree in accounting or related field 5+ years of experience handling AP, AR, Payroll for a small business Proficient in Microsoft Office suite espeially excel including advanced functions v-lookup, piot tables, and QuickBooks Strong organizational and analytical skills detail oriented Exposure to working in construction, mechanical, or electrical contracting a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
