You will earn competitive pay based on experience and enjoy a friendly office with paid time off. Schedule: The bookkeeper works between the hours of 9:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. We focus deeply on supporting team members as they become the highest version of themselves, where people feel valued, inspired, and genuinely seen. What to Expect as Our Bookkeeper Handling vital job costing, accrual accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable responsibilities, you will make sure all records are accurate and updated. You will maintain our books and general ledger, measure job revenue, record expenses (labor, materials, etc.), reconcile job costing data, keep track of all vendor invoices, make payments on time, and report any cost variances to leadership. You will also track customer invoices, reconciling payments as they come in and flagging accounts with overdue balances. Every month, you will accurately reconcile loans, bank accounts, and credit cards as well as generate detailed financial documents for leadership. Qualifications Accounting software experience. Job costing and project-based accounting experience. Strong understanding of accrual accounting. Sharp attention to detail and high levels of accuracy. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Ability to take ownership of your work and give your best every day. Preferred Bookkeeping experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr United Plastics Machinery LLC
