Loan Operations Specialist

Work Model:
- On-Site
- Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday rotation once a month; 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM
- Provide loan support for commercial, agricultural, mortgage, and consumer loans
- Work with the loan officer to process and close loans
- Prepare preliminary documents, disclosures, and closing documents within regulatory guidelines
- Work with attorneys, abstractors, appraisers, insurance companies, closing companies, and customers to answer questions and gather financials through the loan process
- Order and process paid notes
- Review credit reports
- Coordinate ATA/ACH payments
- Work on collateral-building projects
- Answer customer questions in person or on the phone, and may cross-sell products and services
- 1+ years of commercial and agricultural processing experience
- Familiarity with commercial and agricultural documentation, procedures, and processing
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Team player mindset
- Must reside in a 20-mile radius of Clive, IA
- Jack Henry and Byte loan systems experience is desired
