Program Manager, Texas

Supporting the Executive Director and the Effective District Framework Accelerator team, the full-time remote Program Manager will drive day-to-day execution across a portfolio of districts, focusing on cohort implementation, program administration, and cross-organizational coordination to enhance system-wide improvement. Key responsibilities Serve as a primary support partner to a cohort of EDFA intervention and opt-in districts, ensuring alignment to the EDFA playbook and implementation expectations Coordinate and track district progress across key milestones, including battle planning, launch readiness, and ongoing execution priorities Manage execution across EDFA workstreams, including playbook updates, professional development, and governance coordination Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required Four or more years of experience in program management, education systems, or a related field Experience supporting complex initiatives requiring coordination across internal teams and external partners Preferred experience working with K-12 school systems or large-scale education initiatives Preferred familiarity with instructional systems and performance management
