Inside Sales Representative (B2B)
PrideStaff is working with a custom pad printing company in search of an experienced Inside Sales Representative (B2B). Under general supervision, the results-driven Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales Representative will promote specialized healthcare products and promotional merchandise. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by helping clients enhance their brand visibility and improve customer loyalty. Hybrid work opportunities may be available following the successful completion of initial onboarding and training. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will engage with decision-makers across independent retail clients, regional groups, and corporate accounts within your assigned territory. You will manage the complete sales cyclefrom initial contact through deal closurebuilding strong, consultative relationships to secure recurring business and expand our customer base in accordance with company goals. The Inside Sales Representative (B2B) is a full-time, temporary to hire position in Brooklyn Park, MN.
Inside Sales Representative (B2B) Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to an established customer database, including independent businesses, regional accounts, and corporate clients.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle within an assigned territory, including prospecting, lead follow-up, presentation, and closing.
- Execute strategic territory plans to meet individual revenue targets and organizational growth objectives.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to foster repeat business.
- Generate accurate price quotes using product specifications provided by the marketing team.
- Research target industries to identify and qualify potential prospective clients.
- Maintain complete and accurate communication logs and pipeline data in company systems.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and team members to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with company values.
- Consistently meet or exceed activity metrics and sales targets.
Inside Sales Representative (B2B) Job Requirements & Working Conditions:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of inside/outbound sales experience (B2B preferred).
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Core Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven relationship-building and consultative selling abilities.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills to deliver mutually beneficial solutions.
- Effective time management and organizational capabilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with standard office productivity suites, CRM tools, ERP software, and team collaboration platforms.
Training & Onboarding: Comprehensive initial and ongoing training is provided, covering company software, product lines, marketing resources, and operational processes. New hires are expected to quickly ramp up on core offerings and workflows to begin meeting standard performance metrics following orientation
