Operations Manager

Overview Visionary Eye Institute offers comprehensive eye care services, such as cataract surgery, LASIK, and glaucoma management. This is a contract role for an Operations Manager who will oversee daily operations, ensure efficiency and effectiveness of staff and processes, manage resources, and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations. The role will also involve performance monitoring, project management, and implementation of operational improvements. Location Hybrid role based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area with work from home flexibility. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field Experience in operations management or project management Experience in resource allocation and team coordination Proficiency in performance monitoring and operational improvement Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and leadership abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment Preferred Qualification: Experience working in a medical setting, housing or real estate industry.
