An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Aftermarket Sales Manager to join a rapidly growing organisation operating within the global water and wastewater infrastructure market.

The business provides a broad portfolio of water and wastewater treatment, chemical feed, air purification, odor control and related water technology solutions, supporting customers across municipal, industrial and commercial markets.

This is a key leadership position responsible for managing and developing an Inside Sales team, while driving growth across the aftermarket business. The focus will be on replacement products, aftermarket solutions and parts, with a particular emphasis on municipal water and wastewater customers alongside industrial and commercial markets.

The Role

As Aftermarket Sales Manager, you will lead the day-to-day activities of the Inside Sales team, providing commercial direction, coaching and accountability while also contributing directly to sales growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead, manage and develop the Inside Sales team.
• Monitor and report on team KPIs and sales performance.
• Lead regular sales meetings and establish clear objectives for the team.
• Drive new aftermarket sales through targeted outreach and creative sales initiatives.
• Develop new customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to support repeat and renewal business.
• Drive daily sales performance and ensure the team achieves agreed targets.
• Oversee sales of replacement adsorbent media and replacement parts.
• Work closely with Operations to forecast upcoming orders and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Support effective communication between customers, Sales and Operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency within the Inside Sales function.
• Maintain personal sales activity while leading the wider team.

About You

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong track record of sales leadership and team management, ideally within the water, wastewater, environmental technology or industrial sectors.

You should have:

• 10+ years of sales experience.
• Previous management or team leadership experience.
• A Bachelor's degree.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent project and time-management capabilities.
• Strong commercial and customer-facing skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Basic understanding of chemistry and physics.

Desirable Experience

Experience within the following areas would be particularly beneficial:

• Municipal water and wastewater.
• Industrial or commercial water markets.
• Aftermarket sales.
• Replacement parts or consumables.
• Adsorbent media or filtration-related products.
• Technical equipment or engineered solutions.
