We are representing a leading global environmental technology business in the appointment of an EPC Accounts Manager to support the continued expansion of its Industrial Water & Wastewater business across North America.

\n

This is a key commercial opportunity for an experienced technical sales professional with a strong background in industrial water and wastewater treatment, EPC projects and complex engineered solutions . The successful candidate will play an important role in developing the North American market, establishing new customer relationships and identifying and securing major project opportunities.

The Opportunity

The business provides specialist engineered water and wastewater treatment solutions to demanding industrial markets and has an established portfolio covering technologies including:

• Reverse Osmosis (RO)
\n
• Brackish Water Treatment

• Biological Treatment
\n
• Demineralisation
\n
• Industrial Water & Wastewater Treatment Packages

The role will focus heavily on market development, EPC relationships and new business generation , with the successful candidate having significant influence over where and how the business targets growth opportunities across North America.

\n

You will work closely with internal engineering, technical and project teams to develop solutions that meet customer requirements and support opportunities through the sales and project lifecycle.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Support and help shape the North American growth strategy for Industrial Water & Wastewater solutions.
\n
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with EPCs, industrial customers, agents and distributors .
\n
• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities across the North American market.
\n
• Lead the sales process from initial prospecting and qualification through to commercial close.
\n
• Develop compelling value propositions around technically complex water and wastewater treatment solutions.
\n
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of projects, bookings and revenue opportunities.
\n
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and expansion within existing customer relationships.
\n
• Evaluate market trends, competitors and customer requirements to identify areas of growth.
\n
• Support customers throughout project execution, working closely with technical and project teams.
\n
• Provide technical and commercial support during early-stage project development.
\n
• Help identify and develop appropriate agents and distribution partners where required.
\n
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the EPC and industrial water ecosystem.

Candidate Profile

\n

We are looking for an experienced technical sales / business development professional with a strong understanding of industrial water and wastewater treatment.

\n

You should ideally have:

\n

\n
• 8+ years' experience selling industrial water/wastewater treatment solutions or packages.
\n
• Strong knowledge of one or more of filtration, RO/brackish water, biological treatment or demineralisation .
\n
• Proven experience working with EPC companies and EPC-led projects .
\n
• Hands-on experience managing or supporting projects within an EPC environment.
\n
• A demonstrable track record of identifying new opportunities and successfully closing complex technical sales.
\n
• Strong existing relationships across EPCs, industrial end users, contractors or relevant channel partners.
\n
• Excellent commercial, negotiation and presentation skills.
\n
• A proactive, entrepreneurial and highly driven approach to business development.
\n
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, project and technical teams.
\n
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 50%.
\n

A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related discipline would be advantageous, although equivalent relevant industry experience will also be considered.

\n
