Family Law Paralegal

We are seeking a Family Law Paralegal to join a prominent law firm. This role primarily focuses on complex family law cases. If you thrive in a high-volume environment and acts as a vital bridge between the attorney, clients, and the courts. Key Responsibilities: Schedule client meetings, depositions, court hearings, mediations, and trial dates. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, opposing counsel, court staff, and expert witnesses. Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and formal court filings. Draft written discovery requests, compile client documents, and organize responses. Track critical case milestones, court deadlines, and statutes of limitations. Maintain and update physical and digital client files to ensure strict organization. Qualifications: 2 years of experience in family law or in litigation. Proven ability to manage a heavy caseload with competing priorities. Proficiency with law practice management software and e-filing systems. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for sensitive client interactions.
