Customer Service Representative

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Customer Service Representative positions in Kent, WA . This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a Customer Service Representative while learning new ones to assist you in your career. Perks: Shift: Monday - Saturday 05:00-19:00 pst. The shift will 8.5 hours between those hours needs flexibility. Weekly paycheck Pay: $18.00 per/hour Access to Adecco’s Aspire Academy ( with thousands of free upskilling courses Responsibilities: Monitor route execution throughout the day to ensure on-time delivery performance. Track truck movements and update route monitoring tools in real time. Verify route readiness, dispatch status, and load completeness. Identify delays and proactively communicate exceptions to leadership and service providers. Coordinate route rescues, route reallocations, and recovery plans when necessary. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment & Spanish Speaking preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook). This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
