NOW HIRING: ON-SITE REAL ESTATE ASSISTANT Location: New Port Richey, Florida Company: BAM Realty Advisors Established REO broker specializing in distressed assets, foreclosures, and bank-owned properties is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to join our team. This is an on-site position based out of our New Port Richey office. Requirements: - Active Florida Real Estate License required - Minimum of three (3) years of real estate experience - Dependable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines - Strong computer and technology skills - Experience working with online real estate portals, websites, and transaction platforms - Excellent phone presence and customer service skills - Strong grammar, communication, and typing skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel - Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of assignments - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - A Can Do attitude Preferred Experience: - REO, foreclosure, BPO, or property preservation experience - MLS data entry and listing management - Contract preparation and transaction coordination - Working with buyers, seller, lenders, asset managers, title companies, and vendors Responsibilities Include: - Managing listings and REO tasking - Processing contracts and transaction paperwork - Coordinating inspections, vendors, and repair bids - Communicating with buyers, agents, title companies, and asset managers - Maintaining deadlines and task completion through online portals - General administrative and office support We are looking for a motivated team member who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
