Controller

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee the financial operations of our client’s organization. The ideal candidate will manage accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support strategic decision-making to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors and tax advisors
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and best practices
- Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Controller or senior accounting role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity
