You will engage directly with customers to understand their unique challenges, identify opportunities for our solutions, and effectively communicate the tangible business value of ZoomInfo data within GTM systems and offerings. Your expertise in consulting, solution discovery, and value communication will be essential in driving customer satisfaction and sales growth. What You Will Do:Collaborate with clients to conduct thorough needs assessments and identify their business challenges, goals, and opportunities for our data and solutionsServe as the primary customer-facing representative for solution design and, value assessments, working closely with prospects and existing clients to ensure alignment between their needs and our offeringsDevelop and present comprehensive ROI assessments to quantify the financial impact of our solutions on client operations, leveraging data-driven insightsCraft and deliver compelling narratives that clearly articulate the business value and strategic advantages of our solutions to diverse stakeholdersEstablish and maintain a robust framework for discovery sessions and solution proposals that can be utilized across the sales organization to ensure consistency and effectivenessPrepare and deliver high-level presentations and workshops to executive teams, ensuring they grasp the solution framework, value proposition and potential ROI of our solutionsWhat You Bring:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field5+ years of experience in solution selling, consulting, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the SaaS industryProven experience in ROI assessment and business value communicationStrong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs and translate them into actionable insightsExcellent presentation skills, with a track record of successfully engaging executive-level stakeholdersExperience in developing tools or frameworks for value assessment and communicationExceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teamsAbility to establish structure, process, and direction, helping customers navigate uncertainty and move confidently forwardExperience in ROI assessment and business value communicationThe ability to connect foundational GTM data strategy to AI infrastructure outcomes across the full revenue organization.Experience with ZoomInfo products or comparable go-to-market platforms is a plusBroad range of experience within large-scale Database and/or Data Warehouse technology and analytics is a plus but not required#LI-DB#LI-HybridActual compensation offered will be based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, qualifications, skills, experience and/or training.
