Human Resources Coordinator

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Human Resources Coordinator with a commercial water-efficiency manufacturing organization known for pioneering innovative, sustainable restroom solutions and water-saving technologies. This is a 100% on-site, contract-to-hire Human Resources Coordinator opportunity supporting HR operations, HR systems, onboarding, and talent development programs.


The Human Resources Coordinator will play a key role in keeping HR processes running smoothly while helping deliver a strong employee experience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for leadership development programs, employee training sessions, and learning initiatives, including scheduling, calendar management, facilitator coordination, and securing meeting spaces or virtual platforms.
  
  
• Manage participant enrollment, attendance tracking, and related communications, including invitations, reminders, pre-work, and follow-ups.
  
  
• Administer learning activities in SAP SuccessFactors, including assigning courses, tracking completion, and maintaining accurate learning records.
  
  
• Support reporting for key talent processes, including goal setting, development plans, and performance cycles.
  
  
• Manage new hire onboarding, complete required electronic paperwork, and coordinate and conduct new associate orientation.
  
  
• Support HR systems and communications, including publishing employee communications and maintaining employee accounts and operational reports

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience in Human Resources
  
  
• General understanding of human resources processes, with strong computer and time management skills.
  
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  
  
• Ability to organize and prioritize work, maintain confidentiality, meet deadlines, and work accurately under deadline pressure with general supervision.
