How you'll make an impact in this role

• Staff Leadership & Development: Direct and supervise nursing associates, managing recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development.
• Clinical & Operational Oversight: Manage daily nursing department operations to ensure patient access needs are met and high-quality clinical objectives are achieved.
• Strategic Delegation & Monitoring: Assign clinical duties based on individual staff competencies and monitor daily workflows to maintain high operational standards and job proficiency.
• Quality Assurance & Collaboration: Partner with leadership to keep department processes up to date, while actively participating in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required . American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job
  transfer date required.

Education:

• Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience
  required
