Strategic Partnerships Lead & Deal Architect
Human Interest
Human Interest in New York seeks a Head of Strategic Partnerships to own and grow a portfolio of strategic partnerships across payroll, fintech, and benefits channels. You will lead complex negotiations, shape the partnership strategy, and drive multi-year deals that scale our ecosystem.
You will work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Operations to ensure commercially sound and scalable partnerships, while building programs that compound over time.
