Founding GTM Lead — Growth Architect for AI Scale

Jobot is hiring a Founding GTM Lead / Head of Growth in New York City or San Francisco to build the demand engine from the ground up and turn early traction into a repeatable growth motion.
You will own demand creation across signal-based outbound, content, partnerships, founder/community distribution, referrals, and dashboards to measure success. This is a hands-on role with direct CEO collaboration and ownership from day one.
