We are a Denver‐area land surveying firm seeking a Survey CAD Technician with at least 2 years of experience in survey drafting. The right candidate is detail‐oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast‐moving small‐company environment.
Responsibilities
Draft ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, boundary plats, and design topographic surveys
Prepare construction calculations and staking exhibits
Process field data and work with LiDAR point‐cloud datasets
Maintain consistent drafting standards and organized project files
Coordinate with surveyors and project managers as needed
Requirements
Proficiency in Civil 3D
Minimum 2 years of land‐survey CAD experience
Understanding of survey workflows, legal descriptions, and field‐to‐finish processes
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Experience
ALTA/NSPS surveys
Construction calculations
LiDAR point‐cloud processing
Topographic and design surveys
